Well, first off, I'm betting that most of you will be too busy selling Real Estate, thanks to your website, that you won't have time to be creating your own graphics.  However, you may want to do something simple, like add text to a few of my graphics to personalize them for your site.  That you can learn to do in an evening.

Secondly, those of you who will take the time to get deeply into Graphics would have done it eventually without the help this site.  I'm hoping that because of this help, you will remember this site when you begin making your own graphics, and donate a few to this site to help other Realtors!

So read on, and learn how you can begin with a very good graphics program for FREE! 

Paintshop Pro is a graphic program that you can download from the net. (need a bit of downloading help, visit the download page...downloading a software program is much like saving a graphic to your computer).  It just takes a little longer. 

 The Paintshop copy you download is a full evaluation copy that you can use for a limited amount of time (it used to be 60 days, but they may have changed that).  After the evaluation period you must either delete the program from your computer, or purchase a license to use it (and it's not that expensive, considering Photoshop is 500.00.  Paintshop is between 85.00 and 100.00 depending on where you find it.  If you do decide to purchase a copy, shop the net..prices vary greatly from online store to online store.  

If you are at all interested in Graphics, then I don't think you'll be getting rid of Paintshop Pro after you've checked out the free evaluation copy. Unless of course you get Photoshop or Corel Draw, both very high end (and expensive) graphics programs.  (I use Photoshop, but began my graphic career with Paintshop Pro for free, and only because Paintshop 3.0 didn't offer what I needed at the time.  The newest version of Paintshop looks like it has a lot more to offer and if I had waited a few years, I may have saved a lot of money.  But then I wouldn't be where I am today on the graphic learning curve!).

If, however, you only need it to add some personalization to your website, you don't even need to spend $100.00.  It won't cost you a cent to use the program during the evaluation period. This will give you plenty of time to find the graphics you want on this site, save them to the computer, open them in your evaluation copy of Paintshop, and add your text to the graphics!

If you want to learn much more then just adding text, after you've downloaded the program, check into purchasing any of the numerous books that have been written that teaches you to use Paintshop. Just check your local bookstore or visit www.barnesandnobles.com or www.amazon.com and put Paintshop Pro in a search engine.

You can also surf from site to site, as there are a lot of great sites that have been built by Paintshop Pro users to help you get the most out of the program. Keep in mind, all the graphics you see on the sites you visit have been created with Paintshop Pro.  If they did it, you can too!

CHEAP tricks for Painshop Pro - This person is after my own heart..I know what "broke" is (although I did, once upon a time, break down and buy the programs he refers to as the expensive ones). However, at that time, they only had Paintshop Pro 3.0 and I needed more then that. Today, I probably would have stuck with Paintshop Pro 6.0 (1/6th the price of Photoshop). So you budding graphic artists are in luck!  And with all the help sites out there, like this one, you'll be a graphic Pro in no time (then remember this site).
